TPSA

The TPSA (Technical Production Services Association) is an association of members who operate within the Live Entertainment / Events Industry.

The objectives of the TPSA are:

To attract members who service the live entertainment industry – specifically technically related,

To represent these members in their interests within the production services industry, 

To introduce and maintain international ethical and safety standards, 

To uphold and ensure delivery of service, 

To actively promote the advancement of knowledge and skills of its members and the production services profession.

Membership:

The TPSA invites membership from anyone employed as a professional in the technical aspects of the live entertainment industry, companies supplying technical services for the production of events, conference and event organisers.  Associate membership is invited from the retail, wholesale, manufacturing and distribution sector as well as venues.

SADJA

A non profit association of Industry Professionals – DJs and Karoake Entertainers.  The mission of SADJA is to encourage success for its members through continuous education, camaraderie, and networking.  Through involvement in a professional organization, DJs and Entertainers achieve more as a group than they would do individually.

SADJA MEMBERS:

Have committed to and are bound by a rigorous and strict Code of Ethics and Criteria which assure their clients of the utmost professional dedication, reliability, organizational skills and client satisfaction that is expected of true professionals.
Conduct all business dealings on a contractual basis, with strict dress codes, professional equipment, punctuality and complete customer satisfaction.
Every SADJA Member is licensed with SAMRO (South African Music Rights Organization) and is, therefore, licensed for public broadcasting.
Each Member has a public indemnity policy for the protection of their clients and their guests.
Each Member takes their DJ / Karoake profession seriously and as such work to improve service to clients by studying and adopting new developments and trends in the industry.
Any genuine complaints against our Members can be channeled through SADJA for instant attention and redress

SADIBA

SADIBA (the Southern African Digital Broadcasting Association) is a voluntary industry forum dedicated to promoting the co-ordinated market driven introduction of digital broadcasting technologies in the Southern African region. 

The association is headed by a four member Executive Committee consisting of the chairperson, the deputy chairperson the treasurer and the secretary.  Various Task groups carry out the work of SADIBA. (see Task Groups)  A Steering Group made up of the Executive Committee and the chairpersons of the various task groups, is responsible for co-ordinating and steering the activities of the association.
