In order to reserve accommodation on these special rates it is essential that the Guests advise they are booking for the Mediatech Africa Exhibition. Failure in this could result in our normal Public Rates been charged.

Check in time is from 14h00 and our check out time is by 11h00. Please note that should access to rooms be required before 14h00 on the day of arrival, we recommend that you reserve the accommodation from the night prior in order to guarantee an early check-in.

All reservations are non guaranteed and will be released at 18h00 on the day of arrival unless we receive proof of deposit into our banking account, Travel Agents Voucher, Company Order or credit card details completed on the attached form. Please note that only Travel Agents and Companies that have credit facilities with the Hotel can forward vouchers and orders as requested above.

The cancellation policy is twenty-four (24) working hours notice, and if not cancelled, the hotel reserves the right to charge one nights accommodation fees for non-arrivals. Please note that the Company, Travel Agent or Credit Card guarantees are to stipulate that they accept liability for no-show charges.

The hotel reserves the right to change its rates at any given time without notification.

This confirmation is subject to the standard conditions of residence in the hotel.

Rooms on these rates will be reserved subject to availability and these rates are only applicable for the period 15-27 July 2009 . No room allocations are being held.
