Barco’s presence in this sector is led by ClickShare, its wireless meeting room system designed to simplify conferencing, collaboration and presentation. ClickShare connects laptops and mobile devices to a room’s display, audio and video equipment without the need for cables. Meetings can be started in seconds using a button, app or control panel.
The system supports both wireless conferencing and wireless presentation, allowing users to run video calls using the room’s AV setup or share content in face-to-face meetings, with a consistent experience across different spaces.
For organisations, ClickShare is built to fit into existing IT environments. It supports secure network integration, centralised management through the XMS Cloud platform, and provides analytics to help manage meeting room usage and performance.
